Dinner Bundles
The intention at Rusty's Pitmasters BBQ is that we give you a reason to get together with others. Everything we sell for this reason comes in bundles so you have what you need to get your people together and have a great time with great food! All bundles are sold with a dozen of the softest dinner rolls, along with one savory side (rotation of baked beans or mac n cheese), and one cobbler dessert (rotation of peach or blue berry).

Spare Rib Dinner Bundle

Because these are true pitmaster style spare ribs, they include the tender rib tips—giving you the freedom to carve massive, show-stopping spare rib sections or to turn those incredible tender juicy savory tips into shredded rib tip sandwiches, nachos, or tacos... seriously need I say more?! Tri Tip Dinner Bundle
Pitmaster-style whole roast, fresh and hot from the smoker and ready to slice at home. Smoked low and slow using seasoned hardwood to seal in every drop of juice with a rich, perfectly seasoned bark. Every roast is smoked to a perfect Medium and rested perfectly to preserve peak juiciness until you are ready to carve at your dinner table. Every bite will knock your socks off in terms of the strong beef flavor that blends perfectly with the smoky bark exterior! Every roast feeds an estimated 5-8 people depending on use and serving size. (left overs make amazing tacos, tri tip sandwiches/ burgers, or anything else your carnivore heart desires!) Whole Chicken Dinner Bundle
Pitmaster-style spatchcocked whole chicken, intensely juicy and ready to carve at home. Spatchcock (removing the backbone) allows for perfectly even smoke penetration and skin rendering. Combine that with having been dry-brined for 24+ hours to lock in moisture, and smoked with perfectly seasoned hardwood and that is all the makings of happiness on a plate!
